Self-Care Quarantine Checklist

HAIR + FACE MASKS

Looking good helps you feel good! Ever since I chopped my hair off (!!), I've loved a weekly hair mask. My mane feels SO fresh and healthy and I can't help but give credit to these masks! If you're masking your hair, you best do your skin, too. Sharing both of my favorites below!

MEDITATION + YOGA/WORKING OUT

Keeping your mindset in check and anxiety under control has been difficult lately! Meditating and yoga has helped calm my nerves and focus on the priorities. I've seen so many coaches, influencers, and instructors sharing workouts for your home - I have a whole folder saved of workouts I want to try. Yoga is my go-to because it's so calming and relaxing, major TLC for my body.

WINE + BUBBLE BATH NIGHT

Speaking of TLC, a glass of wine and a bubble bath is another perfect way to take care of yourself during this crazy time. You really can't go wrong with this combo and I love hopping out of a bath and into bed! What's your favorite wine?

GIVE YOURSELF A MANI/PEDI

My nails are typically natural but, with more free time on my hands, I'm inspired to paint my nails. What is your go-to shade? I'm thinking a neutral color, like white or beige.

ONLINE SHOP

This is a great way to support your small businesses and cure that spring shopping fever (running out of lounge clothes? Take a peek at my favorites here). We won't be stuck inside forever and I've been prepping for the new season by buying all the short-sleeved tees, denim shorts, and sandals.

ORGANIZE THE HOUSE

This is something I like to check off my to-do list on a weekly basis. I've seen so many of my influencer girlfriends organizing their closets and vanities and it's inspired me to do the same! I would love to organize my pantry, but I don't want to be too ambitious. ;) Organizing a room or part of your house gives you something to focus and put energy into, and it has a happy end goal. Who doesn't want a more organized home?

TAKE A WEEKEND OFF SOCIAL MEDIA

Taking a week/end off of social media and watching the news is so important for our mental health. With negativity surrounding many posts these days, it's hard to think about the good and be positive. Taking a few days off social media always does my heart and mind well!

BINGE A NEW TV SHOW

I love spending a weekend indoors bingeing a TV show or a few movies. I've seen so many memes and heard a lot of people talking about "Love is Blind" and "Tiger King". These are both on my list! What is one show you are currently bingeing? I want to re-watch a classic TV show (like Gilmore Girls) this week, too.
